Pressworks Engineering was founded to meet the growing demand for high-quality engineering solutions. The company’s origins trace back to the original German factory founded in 1906, which specialised in metal stamping, tool production, electroplating, and specialist fastenings. When the long-established German factory was relocated from Pforzheim, Germany, to Southern Vietnam, the team soon encountered a critical challenge: the high costs of importing expensive tooling into a low-cost manufacturing environment. Faced with this obstacle, they were driven to explore alternative suppliers and innovative approaches to address the everyday challenges of the industry.
