When the long-established German factory was relocated from Pforzheim, Germany, to Southern Vietnam, the team soon encountered a critical challenge: the high costs of importing expensive tooling into a low-cost manufacturing environment. Faced with this obstacle, they were driven to explore alternative suppliers and innovative approaches to address the everyday challenges of the industry.

Through their journey, they forged strong partnerships with skilled toolmakers across Vietnam, while also developing their own in-house production capabilities. Each partner contributed specialised expertise, enabling the creation of high-quality, tailor-made products to suit their unique needs.
